On edit: Yes, I know it's going to pass anyway. I'm just pissed that the GQP is inexplicably opposing such a popular bill when people are days away from losing their unemployment relief.

1. I don't think of them as stimulus. They're relief checks to offset the mess the GQP

made of the economy this past year (up until January 20th), with their lying and inaction on the historic worldwide Covid pandemic.

Not stimulus, rescue relief checks desperately needed, and we will get them. 100%

2. They lost the 20 hour debate hold up because no GOPer was there when the clerks

finished reading the bill overnight so a Dem Senator (Hollen maybe?) was able to propose a 3 hour debate time from 9-12 today un-opposed.

Should be done in a couple days at most. On Biden's desk early next week to sign and checks will start going out in a week or so.
