Sweet Jesus.. Pres. Biden just keeps hitting it out of the park..

I know so many people during the primaries and general election were worried about how Pres Joe kept such a strong focus on the virus.. but he was right.. it is the thing we have to put our energy into.. this morning's employment numbers show this to be true.. People are more confident now that they know the vaccine is really coming their way, and the Covid stimulus package will be on its way .. that it is a priority.. places can start to reopen with masks .. being safe and opening up the economy is not a dichotomy.. but a wonderful workable plan to pull us out safely and sooner with no setbacks .. (are you listening to me republican governor's.. use your good sense instead of viewing it all from just a political stance of win/ lose).

and his Dad and I were in for Barack.. we were united family when Pres. Obama picked Joe Biden to be his VP..I save the cardboard placard from the desk where my son signed in all the Biden people at caucus.. and in 2012 when then VP Joe Biden came to town I took it to the meeting and he signed it for my son and I have a picture of that.. we ended up framing it for him for Christmas that year.. It still hangs in his office.. and he does have a million dollar smile..

He didn't insult Fox News or mock someone for low ratings or tell everyone how great he is or tell a story about some toughguy approaching him with tears in his eyes (the toughguy, not the president) and calling him sir? How is that even presidential?

That he appointed Sanders chair of the budget committee was a nice nod to progressives in the party. He has brought the party together at a time when we need to be.

I think Biden has learned from his time with Obama in Obama's term. And also has been around the block a few more times already before Obama's term. There was a certain, naivety with Obama. But that's what we liked about him too. He actually had that kind of hope we all aspired to....one being that the GOP would give it up and be more accommodating to helping the American people first, and put their country ahead of their party and actually help, not hinder, progress.

Biden knows different, from all his experiences. You of course try for bipartisanship, but if not, you quickly move forward if you have the votes. And on to the next issue.
