Biden Makes Republicans Feel Like ‘Deplorable Neanderthals,’ Complains Meghan McCain
McCain attacked Biden’s “Neanderthal thinking” critique of ending mask mandates — yet previously defended Trump calling people “animals.”

By Mary Papenfuss

Meghan McCain complained on “The View” on Friday that pointed criticism from President Joe Biden is leading to more tribalism and making Republicans think “we’re just deplorable Neanderthals.”

Biden on Wednesday criticized some GOP governors’ decisions to end mask mandates as “Neanderthal thinking” that would set the nation back in its battle against COVID-19. The comment struck a nerve with apparent Neanderthal defenders, including Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), who characterized the homonids as a family-values species. Neanderthals are also famously extinct.

During their show on Friday, the co-hosts of “The View” weighed in. Joy Behar quipped that Biden’s comment may have been a ruse to get Republicans to admit evolution exists. Sunny Hostin slammed the faux outrage as “pearl clutching” — particularly in light of former President Donald Trump’s relentless, appalling insults “debasing and degrading people.”

But McCain was apparently very offended by Biden’s comment.

“You guys can laugh and say ‘Oh, it’s a joke,’ whatever, but Republicans across the country already feel like people on the left think they’re dumb rednecks. They’re just stupid deplorables in baskets,” she said, referring to Hillary Clinton’s comments about Trump supporters during the 2016 presidential campaign..........................

She was told his comment was "Neanderthal thinking" of particular people, not all Republicans. Doesn't make a dent.

Just like the many, many times her co-hosts have explained to her that late term abortion is rare and a medical emergency, not liberals strolling into Abortionplexes at nine months and telling the doctor, "Like, I totally changed my mind about this, yank out the kid and murder it in front of me." This is her go-to reason for always voting for Republicans. Republican Values (morals). Also, no matter how many times her co-hosts have told her that they have family in the military, Meghan thinks all liberals hate the military.

She says a million times that she's not a snowflake, she's a political animal, a seasoned political analyst, the only conservative on TV and how tough it is to be the only conservative, represents middle America that all the liberals unfairly make fun of -- but gets personally offended and emotional at criticism directed at Republicans she admits have done terrible things. Because they're Republican and it's "tribal." Tribal is her favorite word. Neanderthals were probably really into tribes.

It's always "both sides" but only when a Republican has done/said something. My favorite was earlier this year in a discussion about election irregularities, the Republican claim the election was stolen. She said that there are always election irregularities, her evidence being one county in a Midwestern state that had more votes for JFK than registered voters. Ha! Yeah, that's the same.

Yet a month after that I had a >60 professional engineer on my consultant team proudly calling thimself that in a pre-app meeting with city officials. It wasn't funny. It was ignorant.

Then my elderly Aunt started calling herself that on Social Media.

Their identity depends on refusing to understand non-binary thinking.

This is why Dems police their language; words get pounced on by their victimhood machine and exploited for years.

Always the victim. always. She sure didn't speak up about the last president when he was abusing people, verbally assaulting. She kept her big piehole shut then. Such a hypocrite. Just like most the the Republicans.
