I don't go on FB very often because my family loves sharing right wing crap. I ventured on today, though, to see what they were saying about the relief bill. I didn't see anything about that, but there were a lot of memes about Dr. Seuss and Potato Head.

Now, much of my family is dirt poor and are trapped in a cycle of poverty in a small town. Yet they decided to focus on bullshit, and not on policy that will help their children live a better life without as much struggle to just get by.

I'm glad that I left and only go back for holidays and funerals.
