"Senate Works Through Night On Path To Pass Historic COVID-19 Aid"
I posted this not for the article, but for the headline. Actually for part of the headline: "SENATE WORKS THROUGH NIGHT .." When did a GOP controlled Senate ever work past cocktail hour for anything, except maybe tax cuts for the super wealthy and coporate donors?
"The Senate worked through the night and past sunrise Saturday .." Whoa! An all-nighter? Does Mitch drive them that hard now? Oh, I forgot. Mitch doesn't own the Senate anymore, he just thinks he does.
Elected bodies, the US Senate and HR, doing the work of the people. What a novel and refreshing concept, finally animated by Democratic (capital D) control!
