It's a no lose vote for Republicans. They vote against and their constituents still benefit.

If the Republican voters were sincere, none of them should accept this government give out. In fact, maybe we should pass bills and then only distribute the relief to those that voted for it. That might have real world consequences for Congressional Republicans.
