No Republican would ever agree with my assessment, of course.

What these parents are doing is truly deplorable. What is the purpose of this photo op? It certainly is not to teach their children any valuable lessons about community, responsibility, patriotism, or compassion. I suppose they’re proud of teaching their children how to “own the libs.”

I feel really sad for these children. They have no way of knowing that their parents are using and manipulating them. I hope that their more rational relatives, teachers, and peers through the years will serve as more caring, empathic role models.

Sometimes I become extremely world-weary. I am simply not capable of wrapping my mind around such a disgusting display.
