A thing called blue Anon is trending on twitter. Blue Anon, on the surface, is supposed to be the Republican Party's answer to Qanon. Blue Anon is supposed to be a way to show that liberals also engage in conspiracy theory. However, Blue Anon also seems to be an attempt to rewrite the history of Donald Trump's four years in the White House. Trump supporters are claiming things that happened during the Trump Administration did not actually happen. There are tweets claiming things like kids being put in cages, Trump supporters storming the Capitol, Trump saying "There were fine people on both sides", and Louis DeJoy's attempt to make changes at the USPS that could affect the outcome of the election were all hoaxes. Some of the other tweets bring up things Trump claimed were hoaxes during his time in office.

Trump supporters may eventually try to use Blue Anon to claim that Qanon actually came from the left. I believe I saw at least one tweet that tried to claim Qanon was actually Blue Anon all along. Now that it has been proven that Donald Trump will not be returning to office during the next four years, Republican may try to claim that Qanon was always a left wing conspiracy theory. Republicans may try to claim Qanon was never an actual thing, but was just a figment of liberal imagination.
