Today I got sucked into watching on Comet the tv series Ray Bradbury Theater

It was a show that ran from 1985 to 1992. I don’t think I had ever seen it before but they were 30 minutes stories based on Mr. Bradbury works. So I like to look at IMDB to read about the story and the actors who appear. I happened to read a review that so angered me I had to report it to IMDB. Then I watched another episode and this idiot commenter was attacking Democrats and socialist with comments like this:

Watch it to understand the deception to flip the age old story of the sky is falling.. lol.
Ray Bradbury wrote this story to mock all the socialists pushing global warming climate change to reverse and shut down normal human progress. The world's not ending every ten years, nor in a hundred. Just as in eons past humans with a positive attitude made things better in future eons.

Psychiatrists are Medical Doctors btw. The "Doctor" was a " Office of Mental Health" Social(ist) Worker and someone that demands to be called Doctor..where have we heard that in 2020. And prisons run by social workers, LOL. Another socialist prophecy story "we're still a democracy" hint America used to be a Republic aka a democracy with minority rights, but No longer. The only reason not rare a 10 is it did not foresee all the technology changes of social media.

Anyway some fool is on IMDB writing these awful reviews attacking the Democratic Party and Socialism. I ended up looking at there reviews all made in December of 2020.

The worst one though was their reviews on law and order. Here’s one that is especially disgusting

Convoluted plot of multiple kidnapping, multiple murders, perjury, false alibis, leaked psychiatric reports of insane defendant, uber Democratic Judge tossing all evidence, guilty anyway, then predictable anti death penalty ADA throws it all away in sentencing hearing triggering murder to act insane..

I will save review readers time it's Not watchable so hit the skip next when binge watching..

2. Bradbury is one of my favorite authors. But he was conservative.

I can separate the art from the man. He was brilliant with a story. I envy his ability. I also loved Heinlein and a lot of the old sci-fi authors whose politics now would make me cringe.

But that asshole on IMDB is doing him a huge disservice by hijacking his art like that. I’m glad you reported him.

Was it the commentator on Comet, or were you watching IMDB tv? I do the same thing there [imdb] online and occasionally watch through their app on tv and never saw it. It sounds like a Comet thing.

I look at IMDb all the time for a tv show if movie. It was so shocking to me. I was looking for a review not politics.

... an actual right-wing cult member.

What a miserable life. Viewing absolutely everything in a political light, paranoid and angry, with the lying propagandists from right-wing media as their guide.

IMDB used to have message boards for movies and TV shows too, but removed all of them due to trolling problems.
