Maskless face masks

I live in rural western Pennsylvania where masking is mandatory, but is also home to a great many anti-maskers, who are endlessly creative in finding excuses not to mask up or ways to only sort of mask up. Their latest trick is a sort of little piece of clear plastic suspended in front of the face—like the one in the linked site below. It offers probably zero protection to either the wearer or anyone nearby, but somehow fulfills the face mask requirement.

Sometimes built onto a glasses frame. Sometimes a head mount. Either way, it's useless. I would actually be more annoyed by wearing something like that than just a regular face mask.
