1st @ the 20 second mark, he uses his middle finger to wipe beneath his left eye and the 2nd time @ the 34 second mark on the top of his nose down to the bottom of it, while saying"I really liked her, this is why it hurts, no, I really liked her."

And notice his past tense of like. . . . he really LIKED her.
