The Senate advances Pres. Biden's nomination of Merrick Garland to be AG, 70-29. His confirmation vote takes place tomorrow at 2:15pm. Other Biden nominee votes tomorrow include Rep. Marcia Fudge for HUD secretary & Michael Regan to head the EPA.
