I told him it was his fault.

"You have a pick-up truck right?

"There you go. I saw a truck with 14 big flags and 6 small ones on the bumper. If all of you guys with pick ups had really committed and go all in rather than just have a few token flags Trump would be President".

He looked at me with a puzzled look and unable to argue the logic as he had thought the same thing when he added the 4 additional flags.
