The Senate takes up Merrick Garland’s nomination to be Attorney General at 2:15. Also Representative Marcia Fudge to be Secretary of HUD. But, Deb Haaland is on hold because of Sens. Steve Daines, R-Mont., and Cynthia Lummis, R-Wyo.-they will force a floor debate.

He was going to make this big grandstand move but Chuck just outplayed the whole GOP Senate on Saturday.
