My State Senator and my State Assemblywoman have called on Gov Cuomo to resign...

the latest one was referred to the police department. I will be VERY interested to see if she officially files a police report. Or not.

Her counsel said she didn't want to file a police report but apparently since the supervisor did the right thing and reported it herself the Albany police will/have gone to her now to talk...and I believe cuomo has welcomed Albany police getting involved...this was reported March 3..9 days have passed, odd she wouldn't file a police report given the chance.

It is interesting that no report has been filed shes has had at least two chances to file and hasn't...what's stopping her? If the accusations are true she should've filed already

I believe hinton says this happened 20 years ago..since then if I am not mistaken..Hinton has become a very outspoken supporter of victims..so not afraid to speak up and also eventually went back to work for cuomo again...why would she go back to work for him again later on?

14. Speaking Of Which

Accuser number two (Bennett), was running around claiming "Sexual Harassment", even though that was not supported by her own statement to the administration's Special Counsel, and then during an interview with CBS, she upped that to a claim of "Sexual Abuse", which is a crime, yet she has not filed a police report either.
