Thank you, "Morning Joe"

For the past few days had Walter Isaacson, who wrote the book Breaking the Code, about crisper, and also NIH director Francis Collins, talking, explaining what crisper is and future implication.

Collins led the human genome project and is a deeply religious person.

They talked about how crisper can improve lives - one sickle cell anemia patient was successfully treated. But also warned about misuse, one Chinese doctor was arrested for changing embryonic cells.

Was really fascinating. Joe asked for an explanation aimed at a Fifth grader.

But the most interesting part was Collins’ passionate explanation how science is doing God’s work.

For me, religion and science always were the opposite.

If this discussion is available online, I will watch it again and recommend it to others.

(Meanwhile, Gayle King was going on and on detailing each person’s on the British Isles reaction to her best friend TV show).
