in order to receive the $1,400 stimulus payment?

(1,261 posts)I had used the non filer's option during one of the earlier stimulus allotments but I hadn't heard if I should do so again (or found the URL).

(1,261 posts)She files a tax return yearly and received the previous stimulus payments via direct deposit. When she attempted to use the "Get my Payment" IRS tool it reported that information on her payment was unavailable so either the IRS doesn't have enough information and she is eligible for a payment which didn't seem to make sense given her filing and previously receiving EIP.
Does anyone know What might be causing this?
P.S.: The non-filer information sending form is closed.
