I hope Cuomo hangs in there. These allegations don't amount to sexual harassment even though, if true, they don't reflect well on Cuomo's social skills. The Second accuser, Bennett, loses some credibility in my opinion by her actions concerning job prospects. And wouldn't her statement that she had been sexually assaulted to Cuomo be expected to lead to discussion and questions about her feelings about sex?

I agree with Cuomo and Franklin, that these accusations should be investigated before verdicts are declared. Otherwise, there will never be an end to the harassment nor the accusations.

Bennett stated that she informed Cuomo that she is a sexual assault survivor. Bennett also claimed that following this discussion, that this lead to another discussion where Cuomo inquired about Bennett's feelings about sex succeeding the assault that she endured. I agree with the OP that Cuomo allegedly asking her about her feelings about sex, after learning her assault story, doesn't make sense.

She said that she thought he preyed upon her because he saw her as vulnerable because he knew she had been raped. I don’t get why she shared this with her workplace, but that’s neither here nor there.
