NEW: #ProudBoys member Christopher Worrell was just arrested for participating in the #Capitol siege... and unloading his pepper spray at the police.

He got 'agitated' when the @FBI first contacted him..

Wild story: Meet Kurt Jantz (rap name Forgiato Blow aka 'Donald Trump's Nephew').

By his telling, he's the grandson of Auto Trader's founder.

4/ Continuing the theme of #ProudBoys obsession with law enforcement... except when they are assaulting them.

Worrell likes the police so much he impersonated one. Then got caught & hit with a felony charge.



5/ Worrell flashed a badge & pulled a woman over with his Hummer.

She was an emergency dispatcher & knew he was a fake cop.

When he was arrested he was found with a Glock, handcuffs, a badge, knives and... pepper spray.

Danielle Bower told deputies that she was traveling west on U.S. 41 East shortly after 8 p.m. when she drove through a yellow light at the intersection at Guilford Road. She noticed a silver Hummer make a U-turn at Guilford and accelerate through the intersection, running the red light.

The Hummer pulled up alongside Bower’s vehicle as she headed west on U.S. 41 East. The driver, Worrell, showed her a gold badge and signaled for her to roll down her window. Bower, who works as a CCSO emergency dispatcher, told deputies that she did not recognize the badge.

Worrell began yelling at Bower, telling her that she ran the red light.

Bower told Worrell that if she ran the red light, then he did too. She told deputies that he Worrell said that he is allowed to run red lights, “to catch up to people like you.”

Worrell then pulled the Hummer behind her vehicle, leading her to suspect he was a law enforcement officer about to pull her over.

She turned north on Airport-Pulling Road followed by Worrell in the Hummer. She made a U-turn at the intersection of Airport-Pulling Road and Davis Boulevard, pulling into a pizzeria parking lot. Worrell proceeded west onto Davis Boulevard.

Deputies spotted Worrell driving the Hummer east on Davis near Airport-Pulling shortly before 9 p.m. Deputies conducted a traffic stop and arrested him.

A search of the Hummer turned up:
* A gold Florida concealed firearms badge
* A loaded .40 caliber Glock with a bullet in the chamber
* Three Glock magazines
* Two pairs of handcuffs and keys
* 100 extra rounds of .40 caliber ammunition
* Multiple 12-gauge shotgun shells
* Two pocket knives
* Flashlight
* A can of pepper spray

When I was 17 and started driving, my mom warned me. If I was ever being followed, or even thought I was, go to a public, well lit place, preferably the Police station.

I told Mr. Oh Nette that as a woman, I'd allow a police chase before I ever let one pull me over in an isolated, dark area. I'd take the evading arrest or whatever to be sure I wasn't going to be shanghai-ed. edit - the incident with the impersonation and harassment of a young woman occurred in 2010 and had nothing to do with his being arrested

Original reply (incorrect) - At the corner of Airport Road & US-41 where he turned to follow his current victim, is our county's government center; the CCSO, jail, courthouse, human services, and even a museum are there. This is an obvious pattern of behavior for him to harass people.

Where the raid occured is uncertain - some reports state the raid was at a home he shares with a woman friend, while others report the raid occurred at a home owned by an executive assistant at Naples Daily News. The two homes are a short drive apart.

Worrell had previously dined with Proud Boys Founder Enrique Tarrio at The Mercado in Naples earlier this year and was recognized by officials through photos of that Proud Boys meeting.
