I seem to remember coming across that a few weeks ago...that Fox News went to Court and said no reasonable person should believe a word he says, and they won their case.

And how could they make that argument in a court if they're not letting their audience know the show is actually a clown act. A nasty clown act actually. Seems to me they ought to be consistent.
