Boyd Allen Camper proudly told the national news media that he took part in the Jan. 6 siege of the U.S. Capitol Complex. On Friday, in a federal district court, he was charged with four federal crimes.

The defendant appeared in a widely-shared CBS News interview the day after the riot.

“You were inside the Capitol?” a reporter asks.

To which Camper responds: “I was on the front line.”

“We’re going to take this damn place,” he adds later. “If you haven’t heard it’s called the insurrection act and we the people are ready.”

if we delay the certification effectively, Trumpy-Boy could bully his way into a Congressional vote for president, but only given that Congress could not get certification from the states. 41. I have been reading these reports and postings for all of the DJT years. It's hard to believe....

..... the delusional shit these folks believe. I've thought to myself, don't Google any of this stuff...go to Snopes.... go to any fact-checking sites.

THEN Several days ago, I came into direct contact with a person I have known for years. I have used and trusted a service provider because of the quality of the work and the reasonable fees. After a little small talk about the work I needed. Then the conversation switches to "you know Trump is coming back soon"; "they have found hundreds of dead bodies in tunnels under the White House"; "the military has been removing hundreds of bodies in body bags"; "lots of kid in cages"; etc.!

Luckily I had a close friend along who piped up and said, "don't forget I have a dentist appointment just after lunch." I took the opportunity to excuse myself and headed out with a "call me if you have any questions. As I was walking back to my truck, I thought, DAMN, I'm glad I don't have any political stickers on the nearly new Toyota truck.."

The delusional people are real. I'm glad I live where I do. Maybe CoVid isolation has kept me away from more examples of these pure crazy beliefs.
