VPOTUS is notorious as a figurehead position, in some administrations more than others. I HOPE this admin uses VP Harris to best advantage, because this is a singular moment in modern history.

Good catch. This makes it an even more singular moment in history. When has a VP been needed, at least potentially, as badly and as often as Ms. Harris is likely to be.
