If you want to work in a state or govt job, you have to be vaccinated. If you want to fly on a plane: have to prove you’ve been vaccinated. Want to take public transportation: show the card. (Of course, this is after every person has been given the opportunity to be fully vaccinated). Want to go to a baseball game? Show the card!

On a *copy* of the original. Filled in the blanks for other vaccines with the pneumonia and shingles vaccines dates.

However, left the original blank spaces blank because there might be 3rd booster later.

Seemed odd to me. I was in the military years ago, and we never had a choice - I don't think they even bothered TELLING us what shots we were getting. But apparently, because the vaccines don't yet have final FDA approval, the military is not mandating it. A LOT of the military is not signing up for it.

when I got 2nd Moderna. Was told there may eventually be a vax marker on driver's license similar to the Real ID star for flying. That would be difficult to forge but it could also require updating if boosters become necessary.

Flying into various foreign countries, you needed to show a "international shot record" upon entry. Certain vaccinations were required for visitors, and if you were not current on your shots, they would give you whatever you needed.

If you refused to get the shot, they would refuse entry. Not sure when they stopped doing this.

24. Yes, the Yellow Card is still used, recommended yellow fever shot for much of Amazon region

and Central Africa, Meningococcal vaccine for some parts of sub-Saharan Africa, dont know about required, but why take such risks going without it?

I got both plus Typhoid, the yellow certificate is like a medical passport, guard it like gold, lol
