I checked IRS "Get my payment" and it errors out

For both myself and Mr. Maru. Two different browsers. Name and address given exactly as it appears on our tax return.

Our previous payments went directly to our checking, which has not changed.

Anyone else experienced similar problems?

1. "Errors out?" Not sure what that means.

I just get “Not Available.”

Sating my information may be incorrect (it’s not) and come back tomorrow.

Engine threw a rod in February

2. Yes, I got "access denied" on Monday.

But my payment was deposited on Tuesday.

I've moved since my last tax return. That might have had something to do with it. Wouldn't work with my old or new address.

I'm still getting this message for both of us, though.

We are unable to provide the status of your payment right now because:

We don't have enough information yet (we're working on this), or
You're not eligible for a payment.

My husband got this message last time & never received anything. We have to file our taxes to get the credit. I hope we don't have to wait for this round, until next year when we file for 2021.
