BREAKING: Judge orders Capitol riot suspect charged with burying badge of DC officer in his Buffalo, NY backyard after taking it from him Jan 6. will be held without bond, reversing home detention order granted last week by magistrate judge in NY.

Chief Judge Beryl Howell says there's overwhelming evidence Thomas Sibick "took the officer's badge, and kept it as a souvenir," calling it "egregious behavior," with "no sense of remorse." Sibick will be allowed to turn himself in, and will be transported to DC to stand trial.
