(2,953 posts)Sorry to harp, but it's getting on my last nerve all the "oh, it's not racism, that'd be a hate crime" with the unspoken "it's just misogyny!" as if it's okay if it's "just" run-of-the-mill misogyny and they can't count it in their "uptick in hate crimes against asians"
I admit, I'm extrapolating a little from what they're really saying, which is more at "he says it's not racially motivated, we asked him. He mentioned sex addiction and removing temptation"

Most murderers get away with their crimes because most LE do not have the skills to conduct a proper murder investigation and usually contaminate any evidence on the scene or make poor decisions that irreparably harm the case. If a white man guns down minorities, they are treated with kid gloves by their white power allies in the police force. If black, you're gunned down sleeping in your own bed, and the idiots who murdered you walk free. I stopped subscribing to the illusion of police as protectors and purveyors of justice, especially after the T**** era.
