Got my first dose of the Pfizer vaccine...WOOHOO...
And my extension for unemployment finally went through (should of happened in January).
That with the stimulus and Biden being president   , it's been a good month.

My husband and I just got our first shots on Tuesday (my arm soreness was gone this morning...yay!). My daughter called today to say she is allowed 4 tickets for her graduation on April 30th as she receives her PharmD degree. My 89-year-old mother got a call today for an appointment next Wednesday for her 1st shot. And I made a great pot of sausage and cannelloni soup with fresh spinach.
So, the world is looking pretty good to me right now! It has been a stressful year. I am grateful for anything that is encouraging and positive.  |

Since it’s just the two of us, I store enough in the fridge for one night of leftovers and freeze the rest.
Served with slices of toasted French bread with a bit of olive oil, cracked pepper, sea salt, and fresh Parmesan on top. You are welcome to stop on by in about a week, rsdsharp, and we’ll have a soup fest!.....👍 |
