And my extension for unemployment finally went through (should of happened in January).
That with the stimulus and Biden being president

It feels good to have some good things happening, doesn’t it?
Makes me happy to hear of good things happening to other people.
My husband and I just got our first shots on Tuesday (my arm soreness was gone this morning...yay!). My daughter called today to say she is allowed 4 tickets for her graduation on April 30th as she receives her PharmD degree. My 89-year-old mother got a call today for an appointment next Wednesday for her 1st shot. And I made a great pot of sausage and cannelloni soup with fresh spinach.
So, the world is looking pretty good to me right now!
It has been a stressful year. I am grateful for anything that is encouraging and positive.
Since it’s just the two of us, I store enough in the fridge for one night of leftovers and freeze the rest.
Served with slices of toasted French bread with a bit of olive oil, cracked pepper, sea salt, and fresh Parmesan on top.
