And yesterday I got a notice in the mail from the IRS that I was only getting $600. But THEN, my brother pointed out that the notice was for "stimulus 2" which I got a few months ago.

Anyway, I'm still expecting to get stimulus payment #3 before the end of the month. (SS direct deposit)

2. Not yet, but I understand these are processed in "waves".

Personally, I get SS direct deposit and don't make enough to file taxes. That puts me out of the first wave, so it'll be a little longer before mine hits.

4. Not yet. But that was also the case with Stimmy One.

Stimmy Two was almost immediate but Stimmy One took a lonnnng time.

I filed early this year AND made just enough to reduce my stimmy (I hope you all hate that word as much as I do at this point stimmy stimmy stimmy got a tick on my jimmy) if they go by my 2020 taxes, so buew huew huew. Got a letter from my bank--I think they just want to get everyone to stop bugging.

5. The message from my bank says to check with irs.gov

They said that my bank and "other financial institutions" don't deal with the stimulus directly.

7. I'm not too worried about not getting the latest stimulus money yet. A notice on my

credit union's website says that as soon as they get any funds they'll disburse them.
We've received all the previous payouts via direct deposits so I think our patience will
be rewarded.

Right now I'm more concerned about getting the vaccine. My son has an appointment
tomorrow to receive his but my original registration through our medical provider didn't
go through. His did. I'm not being too patient about this!

Her bank teller said a lot of people have been calling asking about money in their accounts which hasn't arrived yet, apparently disbursing in batches seems to be the answer for the delays.

of my stimulus payments, direct deposit, fairly quickly. This one I’ve not received yet. I too heard that SSI & SSDI could not be in the first wave of payments.

And got the first two stimulus checks into my husbands account since his bank account is the one listed for our joint tax filing.

And yes, a couple days ago, he got our third stimulus.

We did file our 2019 taxes last year promptly. We have not filed for 2020 yet. We aren’t expected to get a refund or owe any money since our sole source of income is our SS and a small pension for hubby.

15. I got the spring payment after I entered my info at Get My Payment.

They have my info, so I don't understand why I haven't gotten any money this time. Didn't get the $600, and no sign of the $1400 either.

I guess I'll have to file for it on my 2020 tax return, but that means I need to wait to do that until I'm sure I won't get it any other way.

I don't know why some people get theirs more quickly

17. I think about 25% haven't got stimulus yet

90 million payments went out Wednesday. For 2019 more than 141 million individual tax returns were filed. About 85% of us are eligible for stimulus, I read. 85% of 141 million is 120 million.

Of course probably everyone who doesn’t file a tax return is eligible. The unabomber for instance is eligible but probably doesn’t file a tax return. So maybe more than 25% haven’t gotten paid yet.

do not file income tax because I do not make enough. I got my last two on time and have not received this 1400 yet. I was getting worried along with another friend who gets ssi. Her daughter said it is only for the working people. I then said "let me go to my source,which is here, to get some real info". Now I feel a little better since others have not receive theirs either. So I called my bank on auto line and they said we may get them on the 24th if not received yet. I will get worried if I do not get it on the 24th because something has to be going on and maybe we don't get one.I am so thankful for this place with all these smart minds.
