Question about new tax payment date.
Does it apply to everybody?
We are drawing off our retirement funds. In other words we don't have taxes taken out. Now it's time to pay the annual taxes due. Does anybody know if we have to pay a penalty because we didn't pay monthly?
And second question, can we also take advantage of the new tax payment date?
