I live near Vacaville, and I shudder every time I hear the city mentioned in the news. Fully, 87.5% of the stories coming out of Vacaville paint a dark picture; an ugly hateful culture is fostered and embraced there.

I guarantee if this video was posted on a local community forum, it would be ruthlessly attacked.
