Trump's private Jet- he is too broke to have it fixed...

https://www.rawstory.com/trump-jet/

I am stunned by this story because I just knew that Trump had made and arrangement for a new jet, or at least having his current jet repaired when he guaranteed the Boeing a bailout after the recall of the defective Max and Covid downturn. Trump worked hard for that payoff too.
This also explains why he sold his helicopter.
Perhaps he knew that they were useless toys while being under house arrest?
Perhaps he is an honest guy after all and maybe I should call him and apologize to him for the years of dishonorable things that I have said about him?

That plane is taking up a good bit of real estate while sitting there idle. I assume the airport is charging rent by the square foot for the space it's taking. Is he (as usual for him) not paying the bills? Is he hoping they'll take it in lieu of payment and then it won't be his problem any more?

skimp on maintenance as much as you can and hope to sell to some sucker at a profit. He learned well from his father.

I bet he's stiffed so many qualified aircraft mechanics that no one will touch his plane without full payment in advance and in cash.
