From what I understand, the Biden administration also renewed a Trump-era pilot contract with a private company that eliminates physical mail for people incarcerated in BOP institutions.

7. Yesterday was beautiful spring day...

My wife and I got out, had a nice lunch at one of our favorite places, and went to the local outdoor shopping promenade. There were so many people out. I told her it was like Christmas Eve! People out spending their stimulus, I assume. It was so nice feeling normal gain!
