These typhoid dumbasses have been spreading this entire time. Now we just need to run out the vaccine for the non-dumbass amongst us.

It may or may not create a spike; depends who these young people are living with back at their homes. Hopefully their parents have vaccinated and have few co-morbidities, but I have doubts.

Get ready for the 2nd Roaring '20s.

Maybe I'm just hoping for the best, and that all their grandparents are all already vaccinated.

I want to temper my righteous condemnation; it is Human Nature to make poor decisions in the moment. College-age young people have been more lax in their Covid discipline for this entire Pandemic, and I think that is because it is hard to maintain it when you feel invincible and you'll never die.

I know they're not invincible; but they don't wanna think about it.

Americans in general are poorly disciplined, poorly informed, cannot delay gratification, and disrespect expertise. We are also loosely governed compared to, say, Singapore.

Throw in GOP sabotage at every turn, and lack of empathy for the demographics that have been hit hardest, and making it a year with our weak-ass "lockdown" measures is about as much as can be expected.

Governors of Blue states (like mine) are bowing to the inevitable by moving to the next phases.

But I’ve never heard of any of the traitors being sick. I’m pretty goddamn sure they would be using it to get out of jail if so.
