During a ZOOM call this morning, I was able to hear all the other participants, but they could not hear me. This is the first time that has happened with the same group.

(9,463 posts)It was on a ZOOM call for remote church service. Every other week all has been well, but not today. If it was somehow muted, how do I change that?

(33,643 posts)and one says 'Join call with Computer Audio' or thereabouts. Maybe you accidentally clicked the other option, to join w/o computer audio.
Do you use a headset to talk on zoom? If so there could be a button on the headset you had engaged to mute, perhaps on accident.
And then within zoom, there's an option to mute yourself whenever you want.
Chances are it's one of those three things.
Are you using a computer or phone for this? If a computer, PC or Mac?

Other times it works just fine.
Still haven't figured out the problem, but kinda assume that between Win 10, Zoom software, and the audio driver, once in a while some setting gets screwed up.
You could spend the time going through Windows settings, and then Zoom settings (assuming you use Windows) and maybe get lucky.
