Are other star members seeing ads?

Really annoying.

I've tried logging out & back in, but ads are still visible.

On the up side, one huge ad was for whiteboard wall paint. Perhaps Congress should consider this to keep qpukes quaking in their boots. Katie Porter with a whole wall of whiteboard would terrify them.

5. I used to see ads all the time when I first got my android phone

If you are on an android phone and are using google chrome as a search engine, you are going to see ads. If so, go to google play and search for the Adblock browser. Download it and use it instead of google chrome. No more ads.

6. It's not just you

The vast majority of Star Members are not seeing ads, but we have a technical issue where a handful of Star Members each day are seeing them. We've been trying to fix this for a while and we're still working on it.

I'm sorry this has happened to you -- most people who have reported the issue also report that it seems to resolve itself fairly quickly, so the ads should go away again on their own soon.

This has been a tough problem to fix, but hopefully we'll have some more news on it later today.
