With Marty Walsh's confirmation today, the Cabinet* is at full strength. Zero acting secretaries. First time since 11/7/2018, when Jeff Sessions quit.

* The 15 core posts from 5 U.S.C. § 101; not counting "Cabinet-level" positions.

There was at least one acting secretary (out of the 15 core posts) for 83% of President Trump's four-year term.

The Cabinet was full for 3 stretches totaling 252 days:
2017: 4/28 to 7/31 (94)
2018: 1/29 to 3/28 (58) and 7/30 to 11/7 (100)

GOPers have been gleefully bloviating about that story and kids in cages and Syria bombings. They get so excited online.

Just the one that was mentioned. Just a guess.

I believe Joe & Kamala are both pro-legalization / decriminilization. I've read that Kamala was (fairly recently, pre-election maybe) involved in legislation to accomplish this goal.

Meanwhile, in the not so great state of TN, qpukes pushing to make recreational weed unconstitutional. 🤮

It was OK for short stretches here or there, but Trump had made his policy not to get the Senate's consent on his cabinet members, Republicans would have lost their minds a waved the Constitution around frantically had Obama done this as regularly as Trump did.
