(77,572 posts)On one of the copies, in the blank lines added my pneumonia and shingles vax, and laminated the copy for the wallet and another one for a lanyard. If covid updates are done, it will be on the original.

Treat it like a passport, because it very well may become one.

(4,170 posts)Does it have your pic, DOB, etc on it? Hell, people forge passports, drivers licenses, etc and the have pictures on them. I could put my best friends vax record on my phone, doesnt make me vaccinated.
