regarding Boulder shooting.

The way they handled this press conference is disgraceful. So apparently the only death that matters is that of the police officer. They did not even deign to say how many other victims.
They were lying to the press saying they dont know. It has been three hours.

Then they said they want to notify families first. That argument makes zero sense since they werent asked to name victims, just comfirm the extend of the shooting.

Its another instance were authorities are more interested in parading in front of cameras and congratule each other rather than inform people.

they handle it this way than the one a few days ago where they made pathetic excuses for the shooter.

Seems like they should have waited on the press conference if they had no information to give tho. I do agree with that.

cops and DA remain stricken from the aftermath of the disastrous Jon Bonet Ramsey murder investigation.

It is not a huge department and I think they have yet to find their footing since--all these years later. Overly cautious to the point of being ridiculous may well be the result.

He says they are mishandling the media and are just going to create more problems for themselves.

He is also blasting the open carry laws.

Edit: So far he hasn't said anything about the half naked perp walk but that seems really really stupid to me.

There were initial reports of the shooter in tactical gear. His clothes were probably removed. I'm guessing he was shot by the police officer he killed. If that's the case then this should be repeated every time Bang Bang Bobert begins to spout her NRA bullshit.

The speaker is a policeman and I’m sure they’ve made a headcount and know exactly how many police were shot.

I can also see waiting until family of killed and injured are notified.

The biggest conspiracy so far is thinking there is something nefarious about mentioning the dead policeman.
