I should probably look it up but, what's the difference between CUNY and SUNY?

Well into middle age. Boosted me into the middle class.

I thought SUNY already had a tuition program that stipulated a minimum NY state residency for "X" number of years to receive the Tuition benefits - which I thought was "free"
