(14,559 posts)Less than a third of people in the US own a gun. Less than a third of them own five or more. Not all of them espouse guns everywhere all the time.
That 10% or so of voters will walk through fire to vote on gun stuff and contribute to lobbies that control 538 legislators.
We need to do the same. The only thing evil needs to succeed is for good to do nothing.

(16,950 posts)earlier vaccine date than the April 5th date I just scheduled. I picked him up from work so happy vaccine this Friday! Pfizer!
But talk on the radio was of a shooting, and I just assumed it was a previous podcast about Atlanta. He said it wasnt a podcast there must have been another shooting. So sadly shocking. Ugh, this is back to normal...?
