The right to put a ballot in a ballot box is not a right to vote unless you have your vote count and 22 voters who did everything right, remain without their right to vote, because their votes have not been counted.

If the courts hold that voter intent and every vote has to be counted to ensure voters' rights, Jim Crow might be dead in the water. I hope so!
