Every time a state can be shown to have not managed a militia situation well, sue them. From top to bottom, the families, businesses, communities and residents should sue the state for not performing their constitutional duty. Let them decided and defend that individuals with guns are not militia. Let the silly, selfish, stupid and evil be forced to defend themselves for arguing that letting unprincipled, untrained, uninsured chicken-hawk bastards buy and play with whatever weapons they can afford to buy is how we have freedom.

"well-regulated" means they're keeping functioning arms to bear. and boy howdy, do they.

they should be broken up by the state, and their guns taken away.
they have a duty. the abrogate it when they pass laws that let any yahoo own a gun.
