Same thing happened when Obama was in office. When Twitler was elected gun sales declined, annoying gun dealers.

I knew people who were buying up and hoarding ammunition and then blaming Obama for confiscating all the bullets when they couldn't find any more for sale.

Because the one nearest my house had a couple of their best years ever and the 2 Bass Pro Shops and the Cabela’s I visited in the last couple years were way down on inventory and were selling ammo almost as fast as they could get it.

I can't confirm first-hand, but word is after Atlanta, Asian Americans have started stocking up on guns.

I don't like it, and I don't like supporting the gun industry. But I understand why they are panicking.

One of the first steps in reducing tobacco was in it's marketing. Whether it was the endorsements, the giveaways, or whatever form of media it chose, tobacco use lessened with laws on advertising. Would it work?
