Isn't that about the worst time to be smoking? When you are running around?

I'm not taking her on a walk for my benefit but hers. But I take her on walks... no jogging or running.

that jogged 5 miles every evening with a cigar in his mouth. He was a fireman in his late 50s, and he was built like a college athlete. He always had that cigar, 24/7 it seemed.

But would often have an unlit cigar in their mouth, go figure.

Cigars helped me get off cigarettes. Now I have one cigar every month or two.

n cooler, windy weather (on the golf course) well rolled cigars are hard to keep lit.
Sometimes I get bored with fighting with it, and just have it in my mouth until I have to swing. The mouth end gets icky, and I cut it off and toss it in the trash. In warmer weather, it's not an issue.
Mostly I puff on one in the car. I don't want to stink up the house.

Okay, I'm being a bit sarcastic, but while sitting all the time isn't good for you, smoking is incredibly bad.
