Florida lowers vaccine age to 40 starting Monday, and all adults on April 5

Florida will open the COVID-19 vaccine to people 40 years and older starting Monday and then expand it to all adults on April 5, Gov. Ron DeSantis said Thursday.

Floridians can pre-register at myvaccine.fl.gov.

Vaccines are also available at 150 CVS locations, 125 Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club locations, more than 70 Winn Dixie locations Walgreens pharmacies and 730 Publix pharmacies across the state.
