OK I am now a one jab wonder

We old folks got our first vaccine about two hours ago -Astrazeneca. no side effects yet. It was at the Community Health and Wellness Centre for Senior citizens at the UWI campus.
It was really well organized. So far no side effects. They told us to take two Panadol every six hours for two days.

The next appointment is June 1.

So I missed the entire Biden press conference - where can I find it?

We have some serious lock downs here for the next three weekends. We can't leave our homes from Friday night at 8.00pm to Monday at 5.00am

We got our 2nd shots last Friday. We've had no lock downs here in Tennessee.

We never had a statewide mandatory mask policy.

We have a republican congress and governor.

They argued the state didn't need the the relief money....as they took it.

I'm sure they'll take all the credit for it after both of our republicon senators voted against it.....Grrrrrr

I didn't realize Astrazeneca was approved for use in the States. I also thought it was a one shot deal, not two shots. Confused, but that's not unusual.
