Got my first Moderna shot today!

Very little pain afterwards, the tetanus booster I got last month hurt more than this, heh. No other symptoms and I signed up with vsafe.cdc.gov Nice having someone checking in on me!

Second one will be April 9th. Can't wait. I live in backwardtown dumflick FL where nearly nobody wears a mask.

Anyway... The first day and a half was just fine. Then I started feeling down. Not really ill, but just couldn't muster much energy. It lasted a full week or so. I did bounce back though. I might have went back to work too soon.

I wish it could be sooner, since this means I won't be fully vaccinated until mid May. Better than not knowing when it will happen at all, however, which was where I was until yesterday.

What I did to relieve some tension was double masking. Calms my nerves somewhat and I feel a little safer

Funny you mention the tetanus booster - I had to have many of those growing up. My attitude toward shots, any shot, is poor because of how awful those are. My first Pfizer shot was nothing in comparison. I've had mosquito bites more painful. Anyone worrying about a sore arm, from personal experience the soreness is relatively mild and goes away in a day, day and a half. It's nothing like getting a tetanus shot. Not even close.

I signed up with vsafe as well. Quick, easy, and it feels good to help the CDC with data collection.
