If anyone thinks people should have to pass a test before they vote, they should try one of the ones used in the South before the Voting Rights Act.

Here's one from Louisiana. Have at it.

Anyone who has ever taught American government probably knows how easy it is to get a number of college students to say that people should have to pass a test before they vote.

History classes are important.

Good idea. But, first, you must complete this actual poll test. Be careful as one wrong answer denotes failure of the test. I will determine the sufficiency of your answers. My determination is not subject to appeal or review.

Ready? Doesn't matter. You have 10 minutes. Begin.
