I give a little each year to the VFW, despite the fact I’m a lifelong civilian who votes Democratic. As a result, I started getting junk mail from various right-wing groups. I’d like nothing better than to send the junk mail back with a lead weight taped to the envelope, but such practices were made illegal in a postal “reform” a long time ago.

Once they realize that the nicest thing you’ll ever do for them is drop a flaming bag of dog shit on their doorstep, they back off. I have used scorched earth to get off many such a Repug candidate’s list.

I've read or been told to not respond to spam as they then know they have an 'active' email.

7. Political emails are different.

You get the email of the staffer, or the main office, etc. You then taunt and tell them to get you off their mailing lists permanently. When they find that you’re a heinous pain in the butt and they will never get a donation, they do cut you loose fast. Ever since I scragged Cornyn’s office, which was particularly pushy, I have had ZERO emails, mailers, etc. from ANY TX GOP candidate or politician.

8. When ever I get this type of mail/email/calls I just say one thing and keep repeating it...

The instant you people stop shooting people of color I will donate.. They try to twist and turn but I just keep saying the same thing over and over.
