What has happened to us?

The average American/corporate journalist's attention span is now shorter than a three year old's it seems.

Both of the recent mass shootings are already old news. I find this very depressing.

Edited to change the title which was worded weirdly.

Although I did not see the whole thing, I did not hear one journalist mention mass shootings or gun control. Can anyone tell me if the issue was brought up at all?

Very disappointed.

The issues of the pandemic and the gun violence were almost completely ignored. No excuse for that.

the media would play over and over again, what Mayorkas said how the Department was gutted, money not given to those 3 Central America countries, and how those migrants could have filed for asylum in their own country. Also I heard that they suffered 2 hurricanes.

at every level. If we 80 million people that voted for Joe and Kamala can keep our
momentum going we can accomplish a lot of good/productive things to change that.
